Jay is the former owner of Iowa Lot Striping and has over 30 years of experience in this industry. We are lucky to have him continuing to help our team grow and learn.
Shaye Petersen| President & CEO
Shaye has over 14 years of experience working with start-ups and overseeing the operations of multiple businesses. She prides herself in her organization and efficiency. Shaye also has an extensive background in agriculture. She is results-driven and a highly effective manager. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and with international clientele. Her primary focus is on building trust, delivering results, and creating a foundation for success. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Waldorf College where she triple majored in Business Management, Finance, and Marketing.
Jesse Petersen|Chief Operations Officer
With 10 years of managerial experience and a background in both the agricultural and medical industries, Jesse lends exceptional knowledge to every project. He is willing to undertake complex assignments, meet tight deadlines, and deliver superior performance. He possesses practical knowledge in electrical, large machinery operations, time management, safety regulation, and project planning.
Chase Foreman|Project Lead
Chase graduated from Hampton-Dumont High School in 2023. He has experience working with machinery and welding. He has spent his summers working construction along with other jobs. He is a hard worker and focuses on getting the job completed to the client's expectations.
